HI debbie no problem i love questions...
well i sometimes feel im horrible on the refund thing.
WHEN things arent sitting right in my "POUCH" i go to
the bathroom and usually its right up easy.
Its very normal to not understand what triggers things.
I find one time i eat something its fine, next time its not.
NEVER a pattern for me ....sometimes i have even thought
its me I eat to fast im not chew chew chewing ...but the other day for lunch i had pea soup and that got me....so go figure.

I hate feeling icky...so i do the refunds.
NOT sure its right or wrong just how i am with it.

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

Just wanted to add with that for me if the barbeque beef was premade food...made day before i usually refund from leftovers reheated in the meat department. THATS one some get not all but some.
