Angry Any suggestions??

I've got this pain in the **s neighbor who starts his/her loud music everynight after 9:00PM. He's on the other end of my bedroom wall I can feel my chair/desk vibrating oooffffff I just hate it!!! Dana got into her bed just couple of minutes ago he will wake her up with his irresponsibile act!!

The problem is that I cannot even knock his/her door because basically he's in different block with different security code I cannot access his building!! I spoke to the management for manytimes w/o any luck.

I'm really pissed off, should I call the police?!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Have you written a letter to him?
If not, maybe you should write to him, not just once, but several times, then talk to management again, and tell them you will go to the police to lodge a formal complaint unless they do something about it.
I'm not sure how things work, as a custom in GB, but that would be one way to go about it, I think.
These things often take time to resolve, I'm afraid, so you will have to be patient going about it.

Boy do i know about neighbour problems. Not loud music however. I think Doc's suggestion is a good one. Maybe he doesn't realize how his music is affecting you and your family. Some people are just that inconsiterent sometimes. I dont know what the laws are where you are, but there is a noise bylaw in the town i live in and you are not supposed to play loud music, have a rageingly loud party ect. after 11pm or before 5am. Unfortunately if somebody does this kind of thing before the noise curfew sets in there is really nothing that can be done. Get this, one night i couldn't sleep so i started house cleaning, (i was in a 3 bedroom apt at the time), and shortly after i started vaccuming the police were at my door warning me that the vaccum cleaner was disturbing my neighbours and if i didn't stop i would be charged. Ok, so maybe i shouldn't have been housecleaning at 3am, but i couldn't sleep!
By the way, my neighbour problem is nasty, insulting notes under my door every now and then, and a nosy neighbour who was caught rumaging through my garbage and putting it out on the patio and not putting it back in, well. it was cleaned up but i was storing a few big items on my back porch and she put a note under the door saying "clean your f****** porch or I'l get you kicked out. The funny thing abou that one was that i had already gotten permission from my lndlord to store this stuff there, Other neighbour problems are mostly from the people who live up the hill from our cottage, and while not fully resolved, resolved enough that we are polite when we see each other but we do not go out seekin their company
Sorry you are having this problem but yes....write a friendly letter(s) talk to the management and if things don't change then definitely, call the police. That's what i would do anyway

On Military bases if someone is distrubing someone else it seems like they call the police first and then go talk to the management (I know cause I'm part of the management team!) But you should do what you feel is right. You know the customs where your at.

I hear ya on that one Bren. The issue I have is that I do hate when people go straight to authorities before going to the person though. I agree that you should try to write a letter to the personand then maybe go to the authorities and management. I hope it resolves okay cuz that is a pain.
