Thumbs up Trick To Holiday Eating:

The whole trick to holiday eating and in fact our new relationship with food is to find foods in our new life that we love just as much as foods from our old life. Instead of being sad about what you can’t eat, celebrate the delicious foods that you can eat; and keep looking at the tag on that new dress to make you feel even better about the good choices you have made.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

May I add to this, "Savor the taste", not rush it through your palate.
Good food has wonderful taste on its own, without the trappings of sauce and dressings, so you must learn to discern and enjoy these natural tastes as they are what will help you love healthy food.

Very true friendly. SPLENDA IS MY NEW BEST FRIEND WHEN I WANT A SWEET OR TWO. LOL The wife and I made some christmas cookies the other day and I did not even taste them. They were made with splenda, of course. Into the freezer they went, and you know, it didn't even bother me. Actually I was shocked at that fact. lol I will endulge sooner or later, but in moderation. lol I had heard somewhere once that just smelling something you want is satisfying enough. I did try it and it really does work. IN MY CASE IT DID ANYWAY. LOL I still though, have a hard time if I am depressed about daily life though. It still is a battle I am still fighting, but doing well surprisingly.
