Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hey girl.........I have been planing sugarfree, for along time.....I have a sugarfree apple pie, i'm going to try to make....And i have found some sugarfree, or reduced suagr pies i can make and i male cheese cakes, and i'm useing the low fat, and suagrfree puddings, (I dont like cheese cake its for Matt,Angela. They will never know its sugarfree or less fat LOL)
and i dip everything in chocalate this time of the year, so i have things i can do to reduce suagr and less fat..I'm going to take the sugarfree waffers, (all flavors.) and dip 1/2 the waffer in chocalate, and i'm making Buckeyes (peanutbutter balls.) and i'm going to buy the sugarfree cookies and dip them as well. But if you do that with the sugarfree/reduced suagr and less fat, and watch what you eat and how much.....I feel we should be ok........As for my Ham i will be useing splenda brown sugar, and less sugar pinapples.

But yeah we have to think like this for the rest of our lives if we want to keep the weight off we just lost.........

speaking of sugar free.....what are the restrictions on sugar free candy. Are there any kinds that are ok for you to have if you do it in moderation (one piece every once in a while) and it is sugar free?

Well in moderation the sugar free candies are fine.
BUT for me just even having that ONE piece, starts to
get that ravenous appetite of mine going. AND then
i look for more and more.

GOT to watch cause their loaded with carbs, no protein value for
us. FOR me they tend to have the laxative effect as well. I use them for my PMS now and then but really will be ridding this stuff after jan 1 when im really tightening my eating habits.
I want to get back into a fat burning machine and will be watching my carbs to rid the evil cravings.

IF you think you have self displine there fine. FOR me and how far out I am i feel im looseing control with such products so there gone. I am gonna use them some this month in place of real...they also tend to carry alot of unnecessary calories and will cause stalls for people.

SO be careful
in my eyes they can be evil!
