Hey girl.........I have been planing sugarfree, for along time.....I have a sugarfree apple pie, i'm going to try to make....And i have found some sugarfree, or reduced suagr pies i can make and i male cheese cakes, and i'm useing the low fat, and suagrfree puddings, (I dont like cheese cake its for Matt,Angela. They will never know its sugarfree or less fat LOL) and i dip everything in chocalate this time of the year, so i have things i can do to reduce suagr and less fat..I'm going to take the sugarfree waffers, (all flavors.) and dip 1/2 the waffer in chocalate, and i'm making Buckeyes (peanutbutter balls.) and i'm going to buy the sugarfree cookies and dip them as well. But if you do that with the sugarfree/reduced suagr and less fat, and watch what you eat and how much.....I feel we should be ok........As for my Ham i will be useing splenda brown sugar, and less sugar pinapples. But yeah we have to think like this for the rest of our lives if we want to keep the weight off we just lost.........
