So how does the weight loss look. At the top of the forum are lots of mug before and after shots showing the progress of RR members. Please let me know of updates, and new photos to add.

Please add my 100 pounds I have beeen waiting for for so long now (ONE YEAR,ONE MONTH,24DAYS) TO BE EXACT. It took me alot longer than most but I FINALLY MADE IT.
