Default New Sugar Free Dessert!!

I found in the store today new Jello Sugar Free Mousse Temptations. They come in three flavors. Caramel Creme, Chocolate Indulgence, Dark Chocolate Decadence. They have only 60 calories and have 2 grams of protein. I had the Chocolate Indulgence and thought it was very good. I found them next to the sugar free jello in the refrigerated section.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hey John,

I found the desserts. The store I use also had Lemon Chiffon flavor. My husband had a lemon one. I had a bite. Tastes like lemon chiffon pie. Thanks for the heads up.

They are good, but use them sparingly while you're in the active weight loss phase.

May I ask why this is? Is it because of the sugar alcohol? trying to soak up as much info as possible, I bought some of these today cause I am going on full liquids for the next 2 weeks, and i thought those would be good for pre op. Not for post op though huh? I am getting nervous, and I don't want to screw up after surgery.

The main reason for me is that, after you have the surgery and get back on real food, you need to make a complete break from the old eating patterns and develop new and better relationships with food. You have to get used to eating healthy and enjoy it.

These desserts are so good, and taste so much like something we used to eat in our previous life, that it can be a distraction and slow our transition to the new way of eating. It's too ... comfortable ... and convenient. It's a synthetic version of all that brought us here in the first place.

In the early post-op period, that's exactly the mixed signal that you don't need! After you get firmer in your new eating routine, and the habits get ingrained to where you don't have to think as much about it, then it may be introduced to your menu, but don't let it mess with your mind. Flirting with this kind of stuff can be distracting, and that may not be a good thing.
