Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  My OUCHY!!! Over the weekend. I have had BAD knee problems, this is before i gain the weight.......Long story, just a little hint...Ex husband. Anyway i have had 2 surgerys on my right knee and 1 on my left........Well the right has been popping out maybe 4 times a week........Saturday i was at Wesleys work with him to pick something up......And it popped out and i it a pallet jack and the concreat floor,,,,,,,My left knees has 5 big bruses on it and its swelled, and my right kness has 3 big bruses as well,,,,,,,Now my right kness cracks and popps when i move it, and you can see my knee cap going up and down when i move it,,,,,,So needless to say i have to go have another surgery on my right knee.........I live in a town house so its hard to work the steps now,,,,,,And this has put a damper in my work outs............ We are going to Cinn Ohio, to see my brothers, i havent seen sice mom died, in 94 we are going in Feb and i will be doing alot of walking, so i have to get it fixed before i go...... I havent been carying Cameron much, in fear it will pop out.....At least with the weight loss, i will recover faster, this time...... And on a sweet note,,,,,,Wes picked me up, PICKED ME UP OMG, he has never been able to do that, and sit me on a chair, and he was hugging me and told me to cry if i needed to.........I did need to cry but i didint.......And it would have been because he picked me up not the pain LOL.........He has been cleaning, for me and everything he is my baby........... But that was my messed up weekend......... |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Thanks me to Bren.And Lisa.........But the dr i had that done my surgerys in Wva,,,,,,,in 2000 when he done my last surgery.......He wanted to replace it......I was 33years old and they only last 5 years MAX........So nope no way.........But i do have a office appt, next Tuesday at 10:15am Cameron goes ohhh mammal pretty colors on your knee its for Christmas? I told him sure, why not LOL |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Yeah doc, i have a ACL brace, but it was made for me when i was bigger,,,,,,,,,,I tried to put it on, and put it as tight as it would go and it falls off me........So i'm doing the ACE bandages LOL..I will have the new dr, have a new ACL made for me now, i have all this blubber gone LOL......... I tore my ACL in my right knee 2 times, and my other dr said there really wasent much left to tear again..And once in my left...So i'm guess its really loose, or tore. Again.........How fun huh? I have arthrittice (how ever you spell it) in both knees real bad.I have pictures from my last knee surgery,,,,,and it looks like ice hanging on my bones, he cleaned it off as good as he could, but it comes back...........And you could see broken bones peices just floating around my knee...........Well yeah i'm sick, i always wanted to be a RN, for the OR, but we see that never happened.........So all this nasty stuff is cool to me..........LOL  |

5' 6" Height: | Sorry about your knees. Did you try the ace and then the brace (to make your leg bigger so the brace would fit)? Just an idea. I feel bad that you have to go through this...seems like you have already been through more then your share of bad things. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Thats for that Kat. But the kind it is medal, form fitting made just for my leg.........They had to see how big my leg was in 4 places when they were making it.......And my insurance had to pay $1,500 for this ACL brace............That would work but the top goes 1/2 way up my thigh,,,,and bottom fits around my calf, and it has 5 velcro closers,,and you have to tighten them up 1 by one and move your knee this way and that way and tighten a nother one LOLOL its a mess but once you get it on RIGHT it helps alot.............But thanks  Wes told me that too, and i told him no, no, no, untill i had to show him NO!!! LOL It was making the ace, slide down my leg too LOL.............Then he goes "I told you it wouldnt work" LOLOL |
