Smile Back to work today!

It was my first day back to work and all went well! My co-workers decorated my office with streamers and balloons and covered every surface with wrapping paper, including my stapler! Took me an hour to remove enough to actually work! Also, in the hallway leading to all the offices, they put up a banner saying "Farewell old Friend" meaning farewell to my weight and put about 50 before pictures up across from it. Well, three people from other departments thought I had died so we ripped those down!

By the end of the day my left side was hurting a little just from getting up and down and bending and I did a little after lunch. I'm tired but it's a good tired. I'm so glad to be back at work! Just had to share!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Glad to hear your first day back at work went well. Not sure what your job entails but if you start getting tired and can, rest. Even a little rest helps re-charge you.

Good for you. Sounds like a real good first day back to work. Don't push yourself too hard. Take care of yourself and enjoy your new way of life. It is so worth it.

Glad to hear you had a good first day back to work. Just remember, some days may be harder than others....and don't do much bending and definitely no lifting!
