I hope everyone had a great time over the holidays, I know I did and now its time to get back to a healty life style.. I think I did OK for the most part I did manage to drop 5lbs the last week and half!!

THANKS GUYS as long as i go i will try to have photos up. UNFORTUNATELY, im battling the sickness going around here
and its with lo grade, fever, nasty stomach cramping....off and
on....so i got to shake this or i wont even go. IT would totally
stink as my husbands ticket is free but they charge big money
for guests, normally i dont go, and i sure will hate to loose what
we laid out for me to go.
SO hopeing i get well...hopefully im just haveing a virus and not
some other issue time will tell.

THANKS DOC...
perhaps im my own worst danger.....
but i guess once i wasnt feeling well i wasnt eating much, which is normal...and i hate to admit i have signs of the ulcer when i didnt eat. I had stopped taken my prolesec OC, playing my own doctor and i think it was makeing my stomach bad. I stopped takeing it because of all the news that products like that effect calcium abosorption. FIGUREING being bypass and also dont absorb calcium i figured it was best i stop takeing it. GUESS i was wrong and the minute i got under the weather and didnt eat my stomach went foul. SO im thinking now that i took it today....got some crackers in me...i am feeling somewhat better now that the morning progressed. SO for now meds are masking all my ickies! LOL
thanks for the well wishes!

but i think i was my own worst enemy ill see as the day goes on today.
