Default Feeling loose question

OK. So I went to this dress up Christmas party Sat. night and many people ohhhhd and ahhhhd me on how good I looked. This was very cool and I must say that I enjoyed wearing my new party duds.
2 nights ago any cockiness that I may have had disappeared as I was taking a aquatic aerobic class and noticed that when I would jump up, the rest of me stayed down and when I came down, the rest of me stayed up. Yikes. Loose skin. All over.
Does it firm up SOME on it's own? I wiggle and jiggle in parts that never moved before. Just curious. I know the exercise will help but how much I'm wondering?

I find for me i do have some wiggly jigglies but in clothes i am happy with how i look so that really keeps me happy!
I also feel if i lost any more weight i would get the wrinkley krinkley skin and i dont have that. SO for that reason if my weight stays here i am totally fine with this.

Well, I must put my two cents in here. I find some parts on me jiggle to. I also find that as my weightloss is slowing down now, that I am firming up a little. Not alot, but a little. So, I am happy. In the beginning, I thought, OMG what is happening to me. lol Friendly is right though. If you feel good in your clothes, then go with it girl. Noone but you knows what is under the clothes. You are doing an AWESOME job. There comes a time for everyone, including me, to just know that we did a good thing for our bods by eating healthier and doing alot of other good things as well. I am starting to put that aspect in the back of my mind, and looking at all the other positive things that are happening in my life because of the weightloss. Try to stay on the positive side, Kat! I know it's hard some days. I await your next post.

Kat OMG you cracked me out on this post hehehehe you're such a beautiful person in and out! I can so relate to you gosh I think the workout might tone and firm the muscles but for the skin I guess there is no other way except the knife!

Swimming is good for toning i am told, just give it time.
I am noticing that at times I have to be careful when I run..(embarrassing), things are not so flattering when they jiggle in certain ways...hehehehe.
But untill I am done loosing and see what is left behind I geuss i can try to hind things a little better.
Girdles are amazing...LOL (not so good for swimming though....)
