Those are the moments that keep ya pluggin along. WAY TO GO! My hopes are to just get through the eating holidays. lol I DID WELL ON CHRISTMAS EVE, But it seemed like that is all I did Christmas Day is eat. lol I did ok, it's just that we had such a variety of foods and I tried them all. IN MODERATION OF COURSE. I didn't consider myself to have fallen off the wagon, but starting today I feel I am back on the straight and narrow path again. YOU ARE DOING SO WELL, AND KEEPING SUCH AN UPBEAT ATTITUDE THROUGH ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK. I AM SO PROUD OF YOU KAT. KEEP ON A TRUCKIN. You will be right where you want to be in no time. Thanks everyone.
Yesterday I attended a Christmas Party. Someone took my SIL aside and said that it had been driving them nuts, but that I looked really different, had I lost weight? She looked at them and laughed and said, Ya...100 lbs.
