Exclamation ****paging Kyle****

Hey Kyle... glad you found your way to this board! J says that you've been very helpful in her quest to tone up. I was hoping to have you extend your help to me as well, you being a trainer and all?!?!

Here is my situation... I'm 109 lbs down (surgery date was a little over 4 months ago). Although I'm happy with the rapid loss... the down side is some extra skin (I know you've heard most of us talk about this issue). I'm thinking a little bit more toning mixed in with exercise might help a little. I keep up on my protein and vitas quite well... and I try and exercise at least 30 mins a day (although I do exercise faithfully 1 hour 3 times a week). Although I switch it up... I need help with problem areas... of course under the arms and stomach. Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer! I'm sure most of the people on this board have the same issue and are interested in your answer, so that's why I asked publicly vs. IMing you.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
