Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Well, to start off, I do wish you the best of luck with your resolution. If anyone can do it, you can.
As far as what mine is. I am making actually two. The first one being that I keep staying focused on sticking to my new eating habits. Sometimes I will admit, IT'S DARN TOUGH. I have fallen off once or twice, but I also have learned that it is not the end of the world either. When I fell those couple of times, I just got right back up, started again. I never would have done that before. So I consider that to be an accomplishment in itself.
The second resolution I have made is to make every Monday night a family night. PLAYING GAMES WITH THE KIDS, WATCHING A MOVIE, GOING OUTSIDE TO SLED WITH THEM, WHATEVER. It has been very trying at our household these past few months, and I feel I owe it my kids to know that I love them very much, and to also know that what mom and dad are going through right now isn't their fault. The wife and I decided, actually, to do the family thing together. I AM SURE THE KIDS WILL LOVE IT.

HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all as well. I have several as well. THe first is to dust off my treadmill and ab lounger and actually use them again. I need to move my butt and exercise. I do alot of walking but i still should be doing more. After my surgery and recovery i will start up again.

The second resolution is to stop spending money on stupid things. I tend to just buy things to just buy things. I think i am borderline shopahaulic....I am going to try to keep track of my spending and where all my money goes...

and I saved the best and most important for last. I am going to try to spend more time doing family things. Less work and more play....I am going to plan a vacation for the family..its about that time...{wow i am even spending money in my new years resolution, im a mess} LOL...But i just think life is so unpredictable, i want to enjoy every minuite of it.

Again Happy New Year to everyone....

Lightbulb My 2007 resolutions

Happy new year to every one

ohhh Lisa and Mike what a wonderful resolution list!!!
Mike great to think about the family yes sometimes when we're very buried with life or work we totally forget about our beloved ones and put them at the bottom of our priorities and think that they will understand and forgive but that's not right. I sometimes consider strangers feeling more that the family's which is something really inconsiderate! Mike I'm 1005 with you!

OK now what are my resolutions for year 2007

1) I want to become closer to God, and be more committed to worship Allah. I'm now 35 and I should be more prepared for my other life as well.

2) I'm like Mike I want to be more family oriented, love the family more and spend more time with them. And I mean the whole family including my old fellows and siblings and of course my husband and little ones.

3) I HAVE TO GET RID OF THE OVERBURDEN 38KG'S at my one year anniversary. HAVE TO! and here I'm totally with Lisa not more than 50gm carbs aday. Carbs are evil and we're not close firends anymore!

4) which ever will come before the other, either another pregnancy plan for a boy or twin boys OR I'll go to Mecca for the Hajj (pilgrimage) and this is a lot related to resolution 1)

5) last and yes I mean last will look after work as a last thing in daily schedule it used to be the first even way before than the family. I love my work dearly but for year 2007 I want to keep it at the bottom of my list coz life is so short. As my granny used to say that life ends and the work never ends.

Who's next

Love,
Hanadi
