Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Im Home Hi everyone. thank you all of you for your good thoughts and prayers. I am home, in some pain...percocet is helping lots but makes me tired. I am mostly sore in the area that the tumor was removed but its getting better every day. The plus out of it all was that I was able to get a tummy tuck out of the while deal due to the placement of the tumor in my abdominal wall..I am a bit swollen but amazed what my stomach looks like..unbelievable....My doctors rock, Dr Scarpinato and Dr Kolker they were amazing through the whole process i was very lucky. ANyway going to lay down a bit and get some rest. THank you all once again for your love and support it means alot to me.. LisaMarie

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Hi everyone. Well i am in pain, the medication is def needed at this time. Alot of my pain however is in the site where the tumor had to be removed. I am also still very swollen so the weight loss wont really be known for a while when everything settles. I have 2 jackson pratt drains in that need to stay in for at least a week. I had to have part of my abdomen cut in order for the tumor to be removed because it was in the muscle so reconstruction was needed. THerefor i ended up with a nice tuck. Its amazing the difference already. I do have to say that I would have never done this if i didnt need the tumor removed so in a way it was a gift for this to be done.
