Arrow Optimizing Weight Loss after Surgery - (webcast)

I'm loving a website that I found for further support...with great articles....etc.
I just got the monthly newsletter today and there was support of a web cast that I thought was awesome.
If you are having issues....or struggling....(like I've been) you may want to go to this link...and check out this web cast. (There are others available too.)

Some of the things I think are great is clearing up the "misconceptions"
of the purpose of WLS...and that it is NOT a quick fix....and it is a lifetime commitment to good health.

Misconceptions:
-Magic Bullet / Cure to Obesity ...(That it will be easy to loose weight - but it takes persistence & it takes work...)
-WLS patient will get to "ideal weight" (almost never happens)

3 Basics Rules of ANY weight loss:
-Eat small meals
-Eat good food
-Exercise regularly

"Obesity is a chronic lifelong disease we don't have a cure but WLS is a great solution and tool to get their weight down to a healthy range ....and WLS is a great too helps to maintain weight over the long haul." ~Love this quote...

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Thanks Deborah I watched the video clip and it's so true.

You know although we know all of it but to remind ourselves with these facts from time and then is like a wake up call whenever we fall of the wagon!

Thanks sweetie for sharing this with us. I liked it.

I'll try to watch when I get home from work today...it says I have to download correct program. Wonder if it's because I have a Mac?
