Lightbulb maybe scale obsession is good

In a study of vounteers who shed more than 20 percent of their body weight, researchers found that participants who got on the scale everyday were 82 percent more likely than others to keep the weight off!

(guess i better get back to obsessing on the scale again).

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hi,
I weigh every couple of days right now... Before the surgery I would avoid the scale like the plague. I just didn't want to face it. I'm looking at the scale as my friend now. I know I'll have to force myself to get on when the weight loss slows down but I'm hoping to have developed the habit and be able to continue doing it for the rest of my life.

The point is, timely use of your tools.

While you are still in the losing phase, you may need to stay away from the scale to stay sane

Once you are in maintenance, it's a good idea to hop on the scale once a day to keep track. (Keep it to once a day, at a set time, like, say, first thing in the morning, or the last thing before you go to bed.)

OH great! Thanks for the great news. I have just got myself broke of the scale daily. I am hoping that the next time I decide to step on it, it will give me some better news than in the past few months.

My opinion is not to weigh yourself that often, although i am guilty of this. The reason espically for women is that due to our hormones and cycyles...One week we are pre menstral, one week we are menstral and one week we are post.......there fore there is prob only one week out of the month that we are at our true weights. Judge more by your clothes!!!

just my opinion.......what do i know lol........

Okay I guess I over do it, I get on in the morning, and at night..... On days that I dont work I get on even more, Im really obsessed and get made every night when I weigh more then the morning.... Even though I know that its just all the fluids and food i had eaten.... even though its only like 1/2 a lb more each night, My husband thinks im nuts but thats okay.

Yeah I finally broke myself to only in the mornings, but its not uncommon for me to get on 3 or 4 times in a morning to see how many times it will change.
