 |  Some good news for new losers
I wanted to share some things that are happening to me at my 7 month mark. I hope it will stick in the back of your mind so when u hit where I am u will find some peace in knowing what u might expect.
Weight loss slow down and stalls
Skin starting to bounce back a bit (not sagging near as much)
Body shape shifting back more to my normal shape
Inches lost not as many pounds
Feeling more mentally level
More energetic
Weight lifting seems to be helping with the arm waddle
I can actually look in the mirror and my head will let me see my progress
Changes for the better in my personality
More confidence in my relationship with others
Have not checked out a room to see if I am the fattest or I can fit in a seat
I am wearing a size 12....first time in my life! (I wanna wear them inside out just to show the number)
This has been such a process but, for the first time I find myself having the faith needed to beleive I am going to suceed at this. I waited for the other shoe to drop for months.This site is such a blessing and has brought me through many hard days. I so appreciate all of u!
