| Super Moderator  | Yeah, I was wondering, too, knew it was about time he deployed, and how she is dealing with that as well. And now the news that that Pres. Bush wants to deploy more troops!! I imagine everone with military family are having a hard time. Let's keep Janae's hubby in our prayers. We need to start a thread in the "G" File or Greeting cards.

Didnt get the whole message but i know she was wishing me well for my surgery. I wasnt aware she brought her kids in New Years Eve as well. I am so sorry i didnt get to meet with her AGAIN.....sheesh you would think i had such a busy life or something. Hate that. Either i sit home for days with not a thing to do or BAM 20 things to do in one day. Well I am sure she will be back in the city again and this time even if its a coffee in starbucks we can all work soemthing out to see each other. Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  Thanks LisaMarie... You are such a sweetie...I'm feeling much better. (Still worried about Karen...but she is 'strong' she will make it thru this!) You misunderstood about the kiddos in the NYE stuff...those pics were taken days later.... They were babysat...while Mommy & Daddy went to TSQ for some NYE fun!!! The pics look great. I talked to Janae last night....Jolie and her were having a girls nite with their husbands gone! (Jolie's at work...Janae's deployed) So....it was fun catching up with thos girls. I think we are gonna get together in a couple weeks all 3 of us together..... ALTHOUGH, I get to see Janae on Monday for a bit anyway....she's coming into the city again! OK...stupid show just ended...gotta go to bed! I'm gonna be wiped tomorrow. I need to do some errands in Greenwich Villiage tomorrow....so I better get in bed....I'm gonna be sooooooo tired!

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  I talked to her today.... She's dealing with her DH's deployment VERY WELL..... And Doc - you'd be surprised how well our soldiers adhere and support whatever the president/congress decide. It has been one of those phenomenons....American Soldiers (at least many I know...) have incredible integrity...and pride in our country and leaders. I'm sure their hearts would 'prefer' to be home....BUT...this is what they are trained for...and they take pride in our country...and supporting it's leadership. My friend who is in the Marines says....fight for all freedom...not just for American freedom. They are proud to support freedom for all. I'm sooooo PROUD of our soldiers....even if they don't agree with the choices of the government...they will not 'bad mouth' - true integrity...and American Pride! God Bless our Troops!

What I meant was, in a situation that is getting more dangerous daily, (which the whole world knows) when you or your family is the one who has to go into the thick of it, it is no easy task, and for the waiting family, it must be hard because you see so much in the news, yet you don't always have access to news about your loved ones. I respect and admire the courage of those who go to such places for the ideals they hold. I respect and admire the families who support them. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that everyone will come home safe and sound, and that is a heartache I wish everyone would be spared of.
