Default I'm still waiting for the energy surge!

Hi all! I'm now at 6 wks post op and minus 35 lbs and am still waiting for the big energy surge I was hoping would happen after surgery. I've been taking my supplements, been walking, trying to get my protein in....

Is this "magical thinking" again?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

IT will come in time all the energy everyone is different.
I know some people need vitamin B12....and perhaps thats
going to be an issue for you.
SOME on the board get b12 shots others of us use NASCOBAL
a B12 nasal spray to help with energy matters.

I am sure your surgeon in time will be checking your blood work
and look for these matters. FOR me i wasnt deficient but due to
some other symptoms we tried that to help.

GOOD LUCK and i hope you come alive soon! REMEMBER this is a major
surgery and you may feel well but your still HEALING big time in the inside
still.

HUGS

Lisa,
I didn't know B12 came in a nasal spray. Is that over the counter or prescription? I've been taking an under the tongue meltaway form, which isn't bad, but hey, I'd love to get rid of any pills I can!

Littlelisamarie,

Are you drinking regular coffee? If so, did it make you sick at first? I'd love to have just half a cup of regular in the morning, but have been afraid to try it. I've been taking in some decaf and have done fine with it so far.

Welcome to Nascobal - A QOL Medical Company

THATS the website on the stuff. YES its a prescription my surgeon wrote it. AND the manufacturer did when i start proly still does reimburses for
insurance copays up to 40 dollars.

ITS a once a week nasal spray. THE site even allows you to sign up for email alerts to remind you to dose. ITS pretty good. FOR me getting into the doctor for montly b12 shots just dont work with my working schedule.
SO this has worked well for me.
I think Shelley uses it too

NASCOBAL would be a good board advertisement i dont know who arranges our adds here but we should have them advertiseing here!!!
