Lightbulb Are you an emotional eater, then DO TFT!!!

Guys tonight I was watching Paul McKenna TV show on Sky channel and OMG I was stunned with what I've learned!!

His show is like mind-body programming on how to lose weight and tonights show was the second show. I missed the first one but he has briefed last weeks points before he started his show.

From week one he summarized 4 Golden rules

1) Eat when you're hungry
2) Eat what you want (no forbidden food)
3) Eat consciously away from TV or PC or any other distraction
4) Place the fork and knife between morsels and leave food in the plate!

OK now the BIG THING that I tried tonight and GOSH IT WORRRRRRKKKKSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!

He used 2 techniques for comfort eating or emotional eating

1) TFT (Thought Field Therapy)* it's a kind of mind programming to switch off any craving or losing control around food. It's a tapping technique on particular spots in the body in a particular sequence. My husband and I tried it tonight while the show was running and we both craved for salty snacks (Chips, nuts, nachos) like every night and you wouldn't believe me that craving is GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2) he also programed a woman who loves chocolates because it gives her a pleasure sensation. Paul programmed her mind by letting her press the thumb and middle fingers in the left hand with her eyes closed imagining that the chocolates she craves is mixed with hair, mucus, and other nasty things. He even let her to imagine that she eats it and swallow it. She almost throw up heheheh. Then he asked her to press the same fingers in the right hand and remember the happiest moment in her life with all the energy and brightness she can remember or feel. And pppouuuffff she's lost the chocolate craving!
He said that everyone can program their brains with whatever craving they have and relate it with a happy feeling that whenever they feel low or wanna eat for comforting purposes once these 2 fingers in the right hand are programed with the bright feeling just press them and Oh the craving will be gone!

Girls I believe that we all can use these simple techniques. I myself suffered my entire life with this ugly habit of using the food as a remedy for my loneliness or sadness or depression. I can't remember the times I eat food because I feel genuinely hungry! Paul McKenna defined the real hunger as a feeling that comes gradually from a mild feeling to something stronger then the strongest, while the comfort huger is a feeling that comes suddenly and needs to be satisfied at the moment!

I hope you guys will benefit from what I've learned. This should really work along with the Pouch rules we will lose weight without a question!
Ohh Gosh if this would really work then the next generation won't have any obese children! :~)

Cheers,
Hanadi

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

HANADI, yes everyday its a battle but for me the best thing is cutting the carbs out and it seems to shut down my out of control eating need. ITS weird but have seen it in myself time and time again!

I can hear you Lisa hone, I'm trying to follow your steps too and oh boy the first couple of days carb free are so tough this sound like detoxing I have headaches and get cranky without carbs (mostly day 1) but after that I'm full of energy and my mood is so high!

Hey girls you know that my flight back to Kuwait is next Tuesday and ahh I cannot tell you how everybody are so excited and eager to go! And since it's gona be a long flight I have decided to use this long time in something useful. I'll buy Paul McKenna weight loss book and read it when the kiddo's are either sleep or watching their favorite DVD's. I will let you know what I think of the book.

Good day everyone
Hanadi
