I wanted to remind you that an important part of this journey is to surround yourself with positive people. It is important to your success in the weight battle and in life. Look to be around people that can find the good in others as opposed to the negative. Look for people who will praise you when you do well but not judge you when you do wrong. Look for people who will hold your hand and just listen sometimes...its not always necessary to talk or to give advice but simply to just listen. Look for people who dont dwell on past mistakes but see a postive future...Look for people who build you up to others and not talk you down to them... This board is a great place to start. Everyone is very supportive and postive. Just wanted to share that with you all..... Love Ya LisaMarie

| Hello There! littlelisamarie HOPE EVERYTHING IS GOING WELL FOR YOU THESE DAYS. What you posted is sooooooooo true. With our journey, the support has to be huge. I attribute how far I have come with my journey to this UNBELIEVABLY SUPPORTIVE SITE, AND MY WIFE. She has made me feel so good with her daily, and I do mean daily, compliments. I couldn't have done it without her. She has been there for me eventhough she has been going through alot these days. EVEN PIGGY BACKS ME AROUND THE KITCHEN THESE DAYS. LOL She tells me don" worry, Buzz, that is my nickname, if you got hurt in the woods, I could get you out now. lol lol lol We joke all the time about that now. I LOVE IT, because it reminds me of what I used to be. NEVER WANTING TO GO BACK. THANKS TO ALL MY FAMILY AND YOU L.L.MARIE, FOR BEING THERE FOR ME, LIKE SOOOOOOOOO MANY OTHERS HERE.
