Ugh what a horrible day!

Have ya ever had a day where you didn't think it could get any worse??
Some people from here are also from Obesityhelp. I lost one of my dearest friends from obesityhelp last month. I spoke to her 3 days before she passed away. She was unaware of any illness. So her passing away was a complete shock.
Well anyways, Today 3 weeks after her passing I received a package in the mail from her. Her parents had sent it to me. Patti must have had it ready to send to me. It was like I was reliving her death all over again today.
Anyways I just needed to vent and knew that the people on this board would let me vent. Now that I've cried all day I'm going to go pray and try to get some sleep.

Yo Sweetcheeks....

You are going to be just fine..... I know what you are going through must really suck, BUT..... You will indeed be just fine.

From my point of veiw without the same set emotions that you are processing, I am really proud of just how much this is affecting you.

One of the things that starts happening when we no longer numb ourselves with food, is that we start Feeling better. We feel "Happy" better. We feel "sad" better. We even feel "anger" better.

The mere fact that you are feeling the full breath of you feelings hurts, but is reallly good progress.

Lastly, remember that the amount of pain that you are feeling is directly propotional to the amount of love and care you had. Again, although it really hurts, it is soo cool to know that you are capable of having such an intense friendship..

Again sweets, I am soooo very proud of you.

I have no idea what I'd do without your wisdom!! I'm on a very huge emotional rollercoatster right now. I'm leaving tonight to head to Ohio please say a prayer that we make it there safely and without incident. I will touch base with you as soon as I get back online in Ohio. Once again Thank You your the best. I adore you my friend. You're always there to help me when I'm in need.

NIkki, you are going to be fine sweets. Just try to do EVERYTHING in small steps right now until you ave your feet back up under you.
