just wanted to remind you take your BEFORE PICS
now!!!!YOU will be glad you did!!!!!

in pictures was the first way i saw my
weight loss! GET snapping!!!! We all
hate those befores but you got to have them

I was going through pictures the other day of when my 2 oldest were just babies (2 and 3 and now they are 10 and 9). I was as big then as I am now dont even know how much I weighed back then, guessing what I weigh now. I look at those and think am I really that big? I cant wait to see me when I am down to my goal weight what I think of those pics.

TAKE THEM RIGHT NOW. LOL Seeing yourself before and after is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. When I look at my before pics, it looks like someone took a tire pump, and pumped up my face. YUCK CITY, but makes me want to stay the way I am right now. Never wanting to return to that again. That is why I will always have that one pair of jean shorts forever in my drawer also. GOOD LORD, I REALLY NEVER THOUGHT I WAS THAT HEAVY, UNTIL I PUT THEM ON. So, I am for sure in agreement with Lisa here. TAKE THEM RIGHT NOW. LOL

ITS so much fun to see everyone !
THE pictures before and after are the greatest
motivator during the rought times this
surgery also carries along with it!

I know for me alot of my pictures that i had
i always had one of the kids in front of me
hideing my body!!!! SO make sure you got
some in all angles!ITS a truly amazing
transformation once you get going!
