Talking perspective

Is't it funny ... When I was at this weight for the first time (gaining weight) I was disgusted. I thought I was huge and I could not believe weighed that much. Now, passing this weight in the other direction, I think I am hot! It feels great and I can't believe I weigh this little!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

isn't it funny? I'm at a weight that I was when I was in my 20s but wore a much larger size..perspective and everything makes such a huge difference!

Congrats to you! I gave away all my summer clothes a few days ago when the pants fell to the ground and yet I still weigh 205 pounds. It is funny how you feel so good to see the scale moving downward! I nearly cried when all the pants fell to my ankles done up.

You are doing great! And I am so happy for you!

Oh mangomelon! Great topic! I can totally relate to it. Going up I definitely hated this weight, now going down it is just great! Maybe it helps knowing it won't be the end of this journey but still I like the view here from this train's window!
