Default Pain

in the last couple of days I have begun experiencing a mild pain on my left side just at the bottom of my ribs. It does not feel internal. It almost feels like a bruise. WLS was 12/8 and everything is going great....I am down 50 lbs already and feel great. This pain has me puzzled. Any thoughts as to what it may be?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

You know what i am going to say right....Best thing for you to do is phone your surgeon. Could be anything ....could be something very simple or something more involved but thats what the surgeon is there for. Make him work for his money. Better to be safe then sorry! Hope you feel better soon. Please keep us posted.

I agree with LISAMARIE put the call into the surgeon!
ITS late and friday but dont put it off!

your early enough out to be concerned and the surgeon should know!
COULD be so many things...even gas but let them decide. i know i had to
learn to use gas x since surgery for a strange pain that i learned is gas.
BUT plz call them and let the experts diagnose its so hard !!

hang in there
and keep us posted!

Yup, call your surgeon at least, and ask.
You never know what's up, and your body is still adjusting.
The very first rule, always, is call your surgeon.
Also, keep in mind, different surgeons say different things at times, so you will not always have the same answer other people's surgeon has on certain matters, so don't go by what other surgeons said, go by what YOUR surgeon said, he/she's the one who knows how your plumbing is now.
(((((((HUGS)))))))) I hope you feel better soon!

The girls are all right. NEVER mess around with something dealing with your health. It is good that you posted on here, to get input, but you do have to notify your surgeon. It probably is nothing, but worth getting checked out, or at least reported to your surgeon. Let us know what you find out.
