Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass   |  Onederland Oh wonderful Onederland!!! Okay I officially hit onderland on monday, I wanted to give it a few extra days to make sure, But its official, I am in onderland and not looking back to the horrible 200s ever again. As of this mornings weigh in I am 198. I will be 4 months out on Feb 3, I have lost a total of 116 lbs and have 53 left to go. Im still going crazy with the hair loss, but most people dont notice yet, and I have been getting in all my protien a whole 50 grams daily so hopefully the hair loss will slow down now. I went snow tubing for the first time for my birthday on friday, something I have never done. One thing that I get tons of compliments about now is people say I dont look my age, Yup Im 28 believe it or not!!!!

Very very loud. lol lol lol The wife came running in and said, "GOD, I thought something happened to you." I said, "It did, I HIT ONEDERLAND!" LOL That whole day, I had a smile ear to ear. Even better than that is, like you said you did. Being able to do things you couldn't before being heavy. I am sooooooo happy for you right now. KEEP TRUCKIN.
