| Yes, becka! Sorry, becka, I just saw the post. I have been real busy these days, and don't get in here as much, or scout out the posts like normal. Hopefully, that will change now, and I can get back into my routine. To answer your question, YES, THANK GOD, she is. She had a bug that starts with a V. Alot of people have gotten that. In our years together, I have never seen anything that affected a person that bad. OOOF! We all know when we are sick, we don't need talk from people like she got. I was so mad, that bren gave me the perfect opportunity to vent as well. To make a long story short though, she is home now, and doing well. Still isn't up to snuff yet, but she is getting there. THANKS becka, for thinking of the wife and I. THAT MEANT ALOT TO ME. I guess, that is what families do.  mike |

5' 6" Height: | Yes, Mike. Glad your wife is home and out of that place. I had a bad experience when I had my WLS while waiting for them to put me to sleep. It realy sucks when you are somewhere where your supposed to be cared for and you are made to feel like that. I hope that you made a formal complaint. Behavior like that toward a patient is reprehensible. Can you imagine how bad an elderly person with no family around would have felt if treated like that? That nurse has a screw loose to think that your wife was purging when she was admitted for for the type of illness taht she was suffering from. I hope that she is feeling better. Tell her hi from a fellow FROZEN WI buddy! |
