Can anyone tell me when we can start adding nuts to our diets post op?

Hmmm i hadded them in my diet once i was on the regular foods.
BUT i did watch the ones with to much sodium as i didnt want to
retain any.
I was a big user of nuts and strawberries to help prevent plataues!
for me it was a food i tried out a bit.
its got good protein....
but i didnt mess with it till stage 4...which is my last stage of eating.
there an easy food to chew up well which makes it a safe little
snack.
PERHAPS put a quick call to your surgeons office and see when its recommended by them! THEY wont mind to answer im sure....
