Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I am just trying to get back on track and back to basics. Its so easy to fall off the wagon...Time for me to get back on it. Although i have been ok as far as maintaining i want to make sure i get back on track. People have told me this works, and really all it is is what we were taught early out anyway so we shall see.

Good luck.

LLM,
Sounds like good advice, that's basically how I broke the plateau I hit a month ago. I'm going to print this out and keep it on the fridge with the "pouch rules" for when I hit a plateau again, as I know I will at some point. Thanks for putting it into writing!

Ok so i tried to stick to this or at least close to it and did ok. Towards nightime i really wanted my popcorn so that is where i went off track a bit. Didnt do to bad however. I will keep trying to stay as close as i can to this for a little bit. Its very easy to fall off track and forget that protein first is very important. Hope is helps.
