Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I am just trying to get back on track and back to basics. Its so easy to fall off the wagon...Time for me to get back on it. Although i have been ok as far as maintaining i want to make sure i get back on track. People have told me this works, and really all it is is what we were taught early out anyway so we shall see. Good luck. LittleLisaMarie ![]() |

| LLM, Sounds like good advice, that's basically how I broke the plateau I hit a month ago. I'm going to print this out and keep it on the fridge with the "pouch rules" for when I hit a plateau again, as I know I will at some point. Thanks for putting it into writing!

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Ok so i tried to stick to this or at least close to it and did ok. Towards nightime i really wanted my popcorn so that is where i went off track a bit. Didnt do to bad however. I will keep trying to stay as close as i can to this for a little bit. Its very easy to fall off track and forget that protein first is very important. Hope is helps.
