Well, here it goes: Total weight loss to date: 48.5 lbs Total inches off: Waist - 5 1/4" Hips - 4 3/8" Chest - 3" 38.5 lbs to go.........to meet my goal 48 lbs to go............to meet the doctor's goal (I have ordered a new product because I am not getting in all the protein that I should be. I found bariatriceating.com and they have 3oz of a ready to drink protein that has 42 grams of protein. It is flavored with Splenda. Their flavors are fruit punch, orange, or grape. I ordered enough for one a day for a month. I will let you know my opinion on this product and if it helped.) This website is soooooooooooo encouraging to me. Wendy
