Well, here it goes:

Total weight loss to date: 48.5 lbs

Total inches off:
Waist - 5 1/4"
Hips - 4 3/8"
Chest - 3"

38.5 lbs to go.........to meet my goal
48 lbs to go............to meet the doctor's goal

(I have ordered a new product because I am not getting in all the protein that I should be. I found bariatriceating.com and they have 3oz of a ready to drink protein that has 42 grams of protein. It is flavored with Splenda. Their flavors are fruit punch, orange, or grape. I ordered enough for one a day for a month. I will let you know my opinion on this product and if it helped.)

This website is soooooooooooo encouraging to me.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
