Can't get into chat room

Help!! I can't get into the chat room. The applet won't initiate.

What do I do?

Check out the Tech Q forum, there's a thread on Chat, and the post by T2DMan will tell you what to check and try.

Most likely thing is, your Java is outdated, you need the most recent version. There's a link in T2DMan's post for the Java update, so you can get it from there.
