Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

just also becareful in your choice of labels!
WATCH the protein, carbs, calories, fat to
make sure its a healthy meal replacment...
they can be very tricky and cause
problems to your weight loss. I always
kept my fav in my purse cause i never felt
good on an empty pouch but dont use
them anymore..turned out that was my
ulcer LOL

Make sure you are checking the labels. Most of the bars that are high in protein really suck in other things. I have found this to be true. I still firmly abide, most of the time, lol, with the low carb diet. I stick with peanut butter to get in alot of my protein. Well, besides all the meat I eat in a day. I try to get most of my protein in the morning. I am not saying you can't have a protein bar of your choice. Just be careful, and read your labels. Good question though. I don't eat any bars, so I can't really give you any suggestions on that question. Each person has to find something that works with their lifestyle. I am sure you will get a response to your question that you are looking for.

Oops. I forgot to say.
Yes, you need to read the labels carefully.
A lot of the protein bars on market have as much fat as protein, and sometimes even more than. Protein in itself is actually flakey and dry, and doesn't taste really good, and it's the other ingredients like fat and carbs that make it more tasty, not like cardboard. The cardborad like taste probably comes from the fact that the particular bar is low in fat.

If you are having trouble with protein bars and shakes, try mixing protein powder with something to drink, like milk and such, or add it to their food to hide the taste.

I remember xsmith95 had a very good homemade protein shake recipe.
Okay, I just dug it up.
The link is the following.

Good luck in finding something that you can do well with.
