Awww ((((((HUGS)))))))
No need to panic, or go on a funk, though.
This is pretty much usual, and plenty of post ops have experienced it.
Do a search for posts and threads with the word "plateau" or "stall" and you'll probably be flabbergasted at the number of posts that come up.
Your body needs to adjust to the sudden big loss of weight, and it will do so on its own time schedule, not on the time schedule you hope it to be.
Also, if you are getting around your monthlys, then you will be retaining water, and your weighloss will crawl, or even gain an lb or to due to the water. Don't slack up on the water though, because you need the water, even if your TOM is making you retain water.
Also, even if your scale is not moving, you most likely are losing the inches. Aren't your clothes looser than before, even if your lbs haven't changed? When the scale is not moving, that is when you will blow through the inches.
Yes, do try to get your protein intake up to where your surgeon wants it to be.
Once your body gets used to the new you (you are still healing inside, you know) you will start losing again.
Keep in mind, you are not going to lose and get to goal in one fell swoop, you will have bumps and slides, and it is more like going down the stairs, rather than sliding down the slope.
So, hang in there, stick to your surgeon's instructions and the scale will start moving again.
