Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  no appetite boy talk about a food roller coaster! I have had little or no appetite for the past few days. I am trying to choke down my first meal of the day right now, 4 lowfat saltines with 2 tsp of skippy low carb PB. anyone else have the "i don't wanna eat" blues?

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass    | yes but always told myself early out i am not eating outta hunger i am eating for survival!!!!! EVEN when you dont feel much like it u got to try to get that protein in some how some way so you dont suffer bad side effects of not! EVEN with supplements we need the nutrients in that protein! HUGS its not always easy! try ((HUG)))
