Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  Sorry I have been gone! Hey everyone, I just wanted to say hi, and that I'm sorry for being gone for so long! Well, my husband came home on the 10th, and we have been spending every extra moment together, and since the weather has been wonderful, we have been riding the motorcycle a lot, and I can actually say that I don't feel like a buffalo on the back of it now! It's great! My weight loss took a screeching hault for about a week or so, but I have an announcement, I AM IN ONEDERLAND!!!! WOOOT WOOOT!!!! I am so excited! It feels great to be under 200! Well, I missed you all, and hopefully I will be on here more. I also got a new pic finally of my whole body.

I have been so emotional and I and scared also. What are you actually eating these days? I am happy your husband is back. Enjoy your time together. Riding sounds great, it has been very nice lately, I'm in Aurora and I think spring is upon us.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Donna, Hey girl! Well, I did not have a pre-op diet, so I really don't know what to tell you on that. I am 7 weeks post op today, and I started my solid foods last week. I am having troubles keeping veggies down, especially broccolli, but I have been ok keeping chicken breast down, and I even had some with a bit of bbq sauce! As far as the emotions... I learned it was completely normal! I was so scared before my surgery, and the tears ran on a daily basis, I also had dreams of not making it through the surgery! Not to scare you, but I just wanted to let you know that it is completely normal!!! I will be praying for you, and if you ever need anything, you can pm me, you are very close to me, and no matter what it is, I am more than willing to come up and spend time with you if you like. It is always better to have someone around that knows what you are going through. But be encouraged, and know that God is with you. I hope you have a great week, and good luck on your diet! It will all be worth it in the end!

I had to do a 10 day liquid diet and thought I would die before surgery day, but I didn't and I made it and things are going great!! |
