Hi all!
Sorry i sort of disappeared for awhile. I have no excuse except frustration, and maybe a little of the winter blues. But i promise to try to be more diligent in checking in with everybody. You all have been so helpful and encouraging i feel bad about disappearing. I want to thank you all for past support and encouragement. Hope i can help others in some form or another.
I'm struggling with quitting smoking again. Yes i started up. And i'm trying to get back to eating properly and starting the slow weight loss that i started in the summer, just from changing eating habits.
Hope all is well with everyone, will check in later

Your birdie, still trying to learn to fly

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hey, hey, ((((((HUGS))))))
Missed ya some!!
I was wondering how you are doing, and thinking maybe I should email you or something.
Quitting smoking is hard, have you tried nicotine patches? Also, there's a new prescription med out now.
Hope you'll be able to get things rolling for your surgery.
Hang in there, nevah give up!!!
