Question Doc, I have a question??

Hi Doc, I have a question, Since I had my surgery in 2 parts , How do I break down my weight loss, is it the same ? I am really hoping to get to 165 ? Is that do able. I forgot to ask my surgeon to break it down for me,but when I told him I would like to get to 165, he didn't respond so much just told me I looked great now and How do I feel, Which I feel wonderful and that is and should be the only thing that matters. Just wanted to get it broke down for my benifit if you don't mind. The day of surgery the 1st one (sleeve) I was 358, Feb.10,2010 my 2nd surgery Dec.2,2010 I have lost 34 pounds since then. It's coming off very slow now which I expected.and the stalls are longer now. but I didn't know if things are diffrent for me because of the seperate surgery's. Thanks for your advice, input and time. I'm a little slow these days in the head alot going on so when you break it down for me simple as possiable please (lol) Thanks again...

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

What I listed (half-6, 1/4-6 1/4 6-12) is basically for RNY, though it probably isn't that much different for other types of surgery. It is from a reliable source, but I found it a bit ago, so, honestly, I don't remember exactly where I found it.
For you, I expect the weight loss will pick up some after completing the DS, then slow down again after 3-4 months, maybe. If you want to get to 165, that means losing about the same amount as you have lost since your DS. Maybe in another 6 months or so probably is a fair guess.

You'll have to let your body decide where it will stop, but it does sound feasible.
