Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Ok so obviously I am home...and let me tell you...very over whelming today was. I met with the pyscologist(sp) LOVED her for an hour. the dietician for an hour and the in house Doc for an hour. Didnt meet the surgeon I'll meet him when I have the 100% go ahead. So for now I am to keep a 2 week log of what I eat and how much I exercise and they gave me a guidline to go by geared towards how I'll be eating after surgery so I start that tomorrow, if I do really well on that then I do it for another 2 weeks and if still doing well the dietician and pyscologist will clear me, once they clear me then the surgeon will see me and give me a date they said from the sound of how much I know and what I am already doing we are looking at June or July. So I am excited and actualy have things to keep me going so I am sure the time will FLY by I loved everyone at the center they are awesome. So another step closer. |

| Becka I am so happy for you. It's great when you can see things start progressing isn't it. My next appt is 4/19. I am hoping my A1C will be down and I will be scheduling my surgery. These two months of setbacks have been frustrating, but I have been following my diet, (splurged a little at Easter) and I am hoping for good results. How'd this get about me anyway? I am excited for you kid!
