Hmm, why not make a request? Or maybe, you might find something you like better here.
Since sample offers seem to be on the way, you could try them that way, and let the others know how you like them, and send suggestions if you have any.

The store's registration is not directly connected with this board, according to Craig's explanation. It's for security, so you have to go into the store through the products list, or samples, on the left index column, then sign up with the customer form. With samples, the customer form is below the sample list. I imagine if you actually buy the products, then you give customer info when you check out.
I hope you can get it working this way.
