Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Help, addicted to Mcdonalds and Starbucks Hazelnut Ice Coffee! OMG Help...I am so addicted to these drinks....Now the Starbucks one is ok because its sugar free hazelnut added and i add my own cream so i dont add to much, however the mcdonalds one has sugar. I have been trying to find the exact sugar content but not even the mcdonalds website has it. Can anyone help. But they are soooooooooooooooooooo good.  LittleLisaMarie

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  | Girls lucky you! you have SF flavored coffee mate!! we don't have it here! we have unflavored coffee mate ligght and FF! but still unflavored. I'm also a coffeeholic so I buy the flavored coffee beens (Gloria Jeans has good beens) and add either the light or FF coffee mate with splenda I do the iced mocha at home but LM I don't blame you they were my fav. before the surgery but now I don't approach them at all! I hope my suggestions would satisfy you Love, Hanadi

I drop into starbucks too...for a cup of hot water...MY teabag....and half & half...w/ splenda....AHHH! CONFESSION: I've taken to their "TRIPLE FUDGE BROWNIE COOKIES"....OMG....Isabella loves them...and they are only $.40 ea!! I feel like I need to buy SOMETHING when I'm getting the large FREE hotwater.... It's my way of dealing with no $$$$$....and still like a hot drink on the street! ______________________________________ LET ME KNOW....if you find the sugar content...Okay LM?? Russ drinks those a LOT...I've been known to sip off of his...and have had my own a time or two!

| Mornin LisaMarie I know how you feel, and I am sure all of us here, pre ops, and post ops, can honestly say that we have something that is oh so addicting, and yummy. To ease my cravings, I have my flavored coffee mate...sugar free, when I get that way. For the most part, it does the trick. I feel much more relaxed after drinking some of that, verses going into the grocery store, and getting a few extra things I don't need. I have done that in the past, but now I am finding that the coffee mate really does help me....BIG TIME. For the record, it does sound incredible. lol mike |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Thanks everyone. However i learned a lesson last night. I went to the mall with the kiddies last night. I was craving one of my favorite drinks. So i stopped at a coffee place, not starbucks and not mcdonalds. Ordered a small hazelnut ice coffee. Well took a few sips and it tasted really sweet. Took a few more sips. Had about a quarter of it. Went into a store to try on some clothes and about 20 min later was sweating horribly, shaking and felt like passing out. Made it home only to  and to bed. All i could think is that there must have been so much sugar in that coffee, cause all i had was about a quarter of it. I never ever have an issue with mcdonalds or starbucks HOWEVER i am going to be packing my sugar free creamers with me now and just getting the regular ice coffe and mixing myself. I do that when home but outside im never prepared. This is the thing about this surgery that i love. My pouch never fails me. It lets me know my limits and reminds me daily if i eat the wrong thing or to much or to fast. Its my Leash.....it pulls me back as i stray.... Thanks again everyone for your support as always. And i dont know whats wrong with my Rangers  Its making me very emotional....Anyway beautiful out enjoy. LittleLisaMarie
