Glad they figured this out! and yes, when you KNOW something isn't right don't accept the puts off comments of oh, you're eating too fast, etc. Strictures can happen at any point and even far out post op. I had strictures at the usual place in the stoma and had so many dialations that now my stoma is just non existent. Food goes right into the small intestine. not fun at all this issue. For me I've found if I don't eat small 'meals' several times a day and have a couple days of eating only 2-3 times I will gain UP and it's so frustrating at this far out to have that go on, but it does! Eat to lose, drink to flush it all out..protein first and most..gotta be my mantra day to day! I'm SO glad they are fixing the lower strictures for ya!
