Hey Ash, do you feel better now? Good, now take a deep breathe, honey we all can feel your pain, but know it's something we have all gone through. I wonder how many people had WLS done quickly and then regretted having it done? Don't be so hard on yourself, if this is meant to be it will happen. I know you want it done yesterday but your going to have to dot your i's and cross your t's, try to be patient sweetie--
DianeB

Awww, (((((((HUGS))))))) and hi there, I agree with DianeB, you are going to find you'll need a lot of patience post op, actually, going through the losing phase, so just consider this waiting as practice period for what is to come--review the change in relating to food, and choosing food, and what amount, etc, check out on the exercise habits you have to form, check out on gyms and stuff close to you that you could go to post op for your exercise, things like that.
There actually is a whole lot of research you can still do as you are waiting, there is always something new you learn everyday.
Also learn to take things one day at a time, as that is what you are going to be doing post op.
Say, make a list of wanna dos post op, which will help you keep on track whenever you find yourself going astray, it's never too early to make these lists.
((((((HUGS)))))) again.

Its the Gemini in you honey. I think? LoL I get that way about allot of stuff. Then bam something comes along and takes it off my mind a while. I had my NUT appointment today. AKA Physicist. I have to go back this Wends to do the testing part. LOL I wonder if i get to look at ink blots. LOL. Sigh they do bring up stuff you really have forgot about.
I did ask him if he hypnotised people for smoking. He stated he used to with mixed results. It would work for a while on everyone but some it didnt last extended periods of time like he wanted. He didnt say he wouldnt do it so .....I will reask that question again but this time asking him if he would.
This smoking thing is driving me plain nuts. No i havnt gotten the Chantix yet. Im a bad girl only because its so expensive and... my hubby states we have to do it together. That is well over 200. Im making excuses I know I am. Somebody just knock me out for a month and I can be smoke free !!! LOL.
Well Ash honey you was bored so i thought I would share in your coloum without making a new thread. I hope you dont mind.
Ps I know why the chickens are crossing the road....
Its hawaii and they know if there bothered ....the person goes to jail so why not tempt it! Its like those squirrels on the GEICO commerical wrecking people LOL.
You take care funny lady LOL and yes you made me laugh again!!!!!!!!!

| Okay Armywife, you and MsVickie better stop calling the nut dr. the "nut dr." You said yourself that things get into your head and you have a hard time getting them out. You might get into the NUT drs. office and call him that out loud ((((ekk)))). Now that would be funny! Just tell him that the weight made you do it, lol. I just wanted to jump on the bandwagon to say that you make me laugh a lot as well. Everybody needs a good laugh now and then. Keep your head up and before you know you'll be on the "Losers bench" with the rest of us. Talk to you later, Debbie
