Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  Need to Vent As some of you know, I am trying to patiently wait for a surgery date.  Well, I seem to be very stalled with my doctors. My first appointment was March 23rd, and since then, they have asked that I get my iron level up which i am working on, and the psych from hell has asked for records from every doctor I have ever seen since diagnosed with depression in 1989. ???? Some doctors are having a little trouble finding the records, go figure! Well, I have done everything they have asked me to do, I got a new psych, because the one I had was the same as my daughters and the hell doctor did not like that, I have now started Curves 3 or 4 times a week, and I am walking 1 mile a day. I have taken all caffine, soda, and sugar out of my diet. Most bread, and alot of cards are also gone. I feel much better for all of this, I can't say the needle on the scale is moving, but I feel better. Here is my problem. Since seeing my doctor, my records have been in dictation this whole time. I have been told that maybe next week they will be out, twice. Now they told us going in that this could be a 3 to 6 month wait between first meet and surgery, but I am frustrated. Please let me know if anyone else is waiting this long with were surgery centers?

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass     | (((HUG))) ANNA! stinky stressful time you are haveing. I would just keep following up and makeing sure they do the things they have to do! ITS the only way. I know i followed up often to be sure all the clearance specialty docs i saw got the reports into the surgeon timely..... we have to make things move and be the priority. I know its frustrating but i think your doing a great job expediting your papers! AND at times doctors need to be changed to find ones that will work to your need right now. GOOD luck keep comeing here to vent! AND i love the control your takeing on your eating! IT helps...

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Hi Anna, You must be seeing a Dr that works with alot of other Drs. What I mean is the dictation time. That is the worst part. Them getting eveything in order to get it done. Have the faith and stay strong. Keep on them about it. Your doing the right things. And patience is one of the hardest things to have.
