I am feeling like maybe I am not doing something right. I am hungry. What happen to not being hungry for several months? I still have this mentality of needing to be on a diet in order to lose weight so I am trying to do proteins only and I am left feeling hungry at night.Could it be that I am not eating enough? I know I need to finds ways away and around the kitchen. I have decided to get out my sewing machine and make some summer clothes. Maybe that will keep me from grazing.
Sorry that this post is not making sense. I feel like I am not making sense. I AM losing and I AM getting the kudos at the office that make things seem that I am doing things right but at night I am not feeling so good about how fast and how I am in general losing weight. Oh my, I am really a confused girl right now.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

DONNA...
(((HUG))))
its not always an easy journey. SOUNDS like your starting to get some blues which do happen.
ITs very normal to have times were your hungry.......but the key is
to make right choices. IF you find at night your hungry try to find a healthy
protein snack to have....just dont make habits of the EVIL grazeing.
HANG in there.....

((((((HUGS)))))) Donna.
Sounds like your body and mind are pulling you in two different directions. Which is quite normal.
You've centered your life around eating for a very long time now, and now, although at this stage, it still is about eating, it's eating in a different way, which is soooo confusing.
You now must "eat to live", not "live to eat", which was what it was for you before. Can you see the difference?
It's best not to be concerned at this stage that you will not lose, or gain again somewhere, because you are going to lose whatever you do. Of course, you'll have bumps and humps, that's part of the journey too.
Hmmm. Let me see. Lisa/fr1endly2 once wrote an ode to food. Have you read it? You may be able to relate to that. I'll go check and link the thread here later.

Relax, take it easy, hang in there, you are doing very well!!
