Default Went back to work today!!!!

I went back to work today...wasn't a very good day. After answering all the question like "You where on vacation, where did you go" Did you lose weight? You look tired? It didn't stop. People are so noisy...LOL.
So I had my shake like I do everymorning...then later on my Greek yogurt with sugar free Jelly (like I do everymorning). I started the "Dumping" like 20 mins after the yogurt..I don't get it. I'm afraid to put anything in my mouth..
Was it the stress of going back to work?
I called my nutritionist and she had no answer. I wish someone had an answer..Has this happened to anyone?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Geez, you're a trooper.....I was off 4 weeks. My very best guess is not really helpful: this is a work in progress. I would imagine there's still a measure of healing, stress, sugar that's causing the issues for you. I wish there was a magic something for you, but it's early in the game and you're still getting better from just the surgery itself. Be patient and maybe try another protein source you're allowed to have: cottage cheese? beans of some sort? I hope this helps.

I would suspect the jelly. What sweetener does it use? Not all artificial sweeteners work for all people.

I am a year out and I find that all of a sudden foods will effect me differently and it is frustrating not knowing. Eventually it will happen less and less as you learn about your own body and what you tolerate. What makes it hard is being at work when it is happening. Hang in there--the times between "incidents" with food has greatly increased for me now and I rarely have them. . . I remember the early days when it was constant, daily experimentation.

I was loving the Chalbani yogurt -then one day my stomach protested. Pain, cramping..
I now eat soy yogurt. My surgeon said some WLS people get lactose intolerant after surgery... Soy yogurt tastes the same (just don't look at it.)I am also doing
lactose free milk. THat is a blessing..it has a much longer shelf life. STill has the protein in it. I may try drinking some milk again...
