 |  Need to whine a little!
I am sooooooooo miserable right now! I feel  if I eat or drink.... I feel if I don't! The PPIs I'm trying to take are the size of elephant pills and they hurt going down and then just sit there hurting some more! I know I'm whining but I need to get out this frustration! I'm suppose to be getting ready for Christmas and don't even feel like it. I guess I'm a Baa Humbug this year.
I called the doctors office today and left a message and never heard anything back. I know they are short handed recently but I need help! I don't know if this is the ulcer causing this or something else. I'm usually not a complainer but right now I can't take this any more!!!

I'm sorry you're feeling so miserable, Judi!! Are you taking Nexium, is that why the pill is so big? I take OTC prilosec (different PPI), and it's a small pill. I wonder if they would let you switch? I hope you can keep up your fluids at least. Would G2 Grape flavor help? It's really mild and my favorite flavor. I'm hoping you're feeling better soon!

UGH, I know I couldn't do a pill like that! I had to take a tylenol yesterday and that's about it for me. I'm sorry you're so sicky right now, and the few times since surgery also. I know we're mostly glad we had this surgery, but some of these side parties aren't so fun. I'm thinking about you!

Capsules aren't really pouch friendly. See if you can break it open, and just take what's in it, though, I warn you, it may taste yucky.

My dr gave me those to take for a month. I broke open the capsule and put it on a spoonful of applesauce and swallowed it that way. I take some compressed pills as well and I started off breaking them in to 4 pieces, taking a piece every .5hr. Now I can take it whole without a problem. Good luck!
