craig i seem to have forgotten the e-mail address i used because it's not accepting it to log in to the e-store. Please helP?

Bird, I just asked him about the same problem I was having. He said to go into the store and register with them first.

maybe i should have put this in stupid questions. I click on estore at the top of the page and then get a thing that asks for my e-mail and password, and then it tells me wrong email. How do i register with the store first? there's nothing that i can see on that page that gives that option?

If you click the "Samples Request" at the bottom of the list of products on the left index column, the page that comes up has below the list of sample products, customer info form. You probably need to go through there to register.

ok Doc, i did that and did that and did that......
i click on the request samples, start to fill in the information in customer info and there's two problems. One, i can put that i'm in Ontario but the section that says country will not let me change it to say Canada. When i click on it to change it the screen goes blank. Two, if i leave it as the country being US fill out the rest and then click on continue or next or whatever it says it goes back to the main screen asking for my email and password and doesn't accept my e-mail. ??????????????????????????????????????????:confuse d:

Hey Kiddo, in that case just give the 1-800 number a call on monday. No biggie.

I just went through tht checout process and it looks like Canadian provines are in the state feild, and you just pu CN in the country field.

when i registered for the free samples i wasnt sure if it took it or not.
I get one of those error type pages....not one that says
its been submitted and complete.
I dont want to register for the samples over and over but
i dont think it took my request...prly my darn upstairs
computer being uncompatable as usual!
