Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

There were some talks about their breakfast wrap, I think it was, that people agreed was good.
So long as it's high in protein, low in fat, and relatively low in carbs, things should be good.
For post ops, "diet" isn't about @***** diet, or $***** diet, or whatever. It's about getting in the recommended amount of protein and water, and keeping everything in moderation, getting it done in whatever way sits best with you plus keeping up with your vitamins and supplements that your surgeon instructs you to stay on for life.
So, read the lables carefully, and if the what the lable says is good, then try 'em out.
Hope everything is going well with you.

I am hooked on South Beach high protein cereal bars...the peanut butter bars taste incredible....they are high protein(10 grams) and low sugar. Also I love their chocolate peanut butter protein bars (20 grams).

I went to the library today and what's funny is I was looking for the SOBE book and they were out! Guess it's such a hot diet book and it's that time of year. I think I have a small book on the SOBE diet somewhere.

I do know long term a lot of people find the SOBE way to be easier to maintain and goodness! there are tons of products..wowsers
