Default Back to the land of power and electronics!!!

We finally got our power and water back last night and it's wonderful! We have tons of clean up to do after just about every tree top on our 3 acres broke off. We also have a few whole trees down including my apple tree. Oh well, at least everybody is safe.

I'm still fighting this dang sinus infection and will call my PCP tomorrow if the antibiotic doesn't kick in. I'm also still healing from my surgery but am very pleased that I can eat and drink and take my pills now! I'm happy that I trusted my surgeons theory of what might be going on and chose exploratory surgery over a stent or having continued dilations (8 is more than enough thank you very much!). Removing the scar tissue seems to be working. Now I just need to build my strength and protein levels back up so I don't end up on PTN.

I'm so happy to be back online because I missed my RR friends. Thanks for your prayers and concern through our difficult week.

Hugs

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

So happy your power is back on, sorry about the trees though especially that apple tree but like you said everyone is safe so that's the most important. Hope the sinus infection goes away sooner, I hate those!! Take care of yourself and I'm glad you are back online!!! (((hugs)))

I'm so happy that things are moving in a positive direction for you. Power and water must feel like a luxury at this point. Let us know how you are doing with the infection.

Attachment 6287The cost of clean up is a lot of hard work and sweat! I really wouldn't mind the workout but I'm still on restrictions until I get the go ahead on the 8th. Besides we need to put our chain saw in to be fixed. I'm posting a few pics of just a small portion of what we're dealing with. My favorite pic is the one of the Idaho calvary arriving!
I know that this isn't wls related so I hope that's okay.
