Talking 5 Protein choices??

Saw this on another site and thought it was a great idea....List your top 5 favorite sources of protein. May help spark ideas in others.

1-Cheese, Munster, Swiss and American and of course the top of a pizza lol ... are my favorites
2-Eggs...have one almost every morning with swiss
3-Chicken...cooked many different ways
4-Protein powder chocolate in my coffee
5-Turkey Breast sliced thin!

I like the shrimp rings(the small ones) The ones that are already cooked. I put about 3-4 on a skewer and spray with butter(ICBINB) and brush on some minced garlic or you can use garlic powder. You can either grill, broil or saute them. YUM. Thuse some of the other shrimp for shrimp salad and I have pureed some and add cayenne abd a tsp of FF crm cheese and make a shrimp spread. And of course the standby shrimp cocktail, minus the cocktail.
I love to cook and I am constantly trying new things with old favorites. I love seafood and the more I learn about fish the more I exoeriment. I do like salmon...tons of ways to fix that, basically use the same recipes as with shrimp, just substitute the salmon.
